Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 October 2026. This version replaces the terms of April 2025, which described a desktop app and licence keys that EagLearn no longer offers.
1. What these terms cover
These terms cover the website eaglearn.in, the apps EagLe Junior (jr-image.eaglearn.in, jr-pose.eaglearn.in and jr-sound.eaglearn.in) and EagLe Maker (maker.eaglearn.in), and the relay that connects robots over Wi-Fi (together, “EagLearn”). EagLearn is run from India by its founder, Dr. Kushagra Goyal. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
2. Early access
EagLearn is in early access. It is free: every account has every feature, with no payment and no card.
Early access means features are still being built and may change, and some are marked “Planned” or “Being tested” on the website because they are not finished or not yet proven. We will say on this website and by email before we introduce paid plans. Projects you have already made stay yours.
3. Accounts
- Give accurate information when you create an account, and keep your password private.
- An account is for one person. Do not share it.
- An account for a learner under 18 should be created and managed by a parent or guardian, or by a school with a parent’s or guardian’s consent.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing eaglearn.info@gmail.com.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why first.
4. Your projects and recordings
What you make with EagLearn is yours: your recordings, examples, trained models and project files. They stay on your device; we do not receive them and we do not keep a copy. Because we have no copy, please save your project files and keep them safe.
Only record people who have agreed to it. In a classroom, follow your school’s rules about photos and recordings of learners.
5. Robots, electronics and safety
EagLe Maker can control real electronics: motors, servos, lights, buzzers, relays and screens on Arduino and ESP32 boards. Electronics can get hot, move unexpectedly or be damaged by wrong wiring.
- Learners working with electronics should be supervised by a responsible adult.
- Follow the wiring shown in the app, use a suitable power supply, and disconnect power before changing wiring.
- Never connect EagLearn projects to mains electricity, or use them to control anything where a fault could hurt someone.
- Putting EagLearn’s software (firmware) onto a board changes what is on that board. Features marked “Being tested” have not been proven on every board.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for damage to boards, parts or other equipment caused by wiring, power or use outside the guidance in the app.
6. AI makes mistakes
The models learners build are for learning. They can be wrong, sometimes while saying they are sure. Do not rely on them, or on anything EagLearn shows, for medical, safety, legal or other important decisions.
7. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- try to break into, overload or disrupt EagLearn, its accounts or its robot relay;
- use EagLearn to record, harass or harm anyone, or for anything unlawful;
- copy, resell or offer EagLearn as your own product or service without our written permission;
- remove notices, or misrepresent EagLearn’s features or status.
8. Our content and name
The EagLearn name and logo, the design and text of the website and apps, the chapters, and the software are owned by EagLearn. You may use EagLearn and show it to others for learning and teaching, including screenshots in lessons. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.
9. Other services
EagLearn relies on other services, such as Supabase for accounts, Netlify for hosting, Cloudflare for the robot relay, Google for fonts, analytics, AI models and (in Chrome) speech recognition, and your own browser. Their terms also apply to their part, and we cannot guarantee them.
10. Paid plans in the future
If we introduce paid plans, the price, what is included, how long it lasts and the refund terms will be shown before you pay, and will form part of these terms for that purchase. Nothing is charged during early access.
11. Availability and changes to EagLearn
We work to keep EagLearn available, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Once an app has loaded, much of it runs in your browser, and EagLe Maker can keep working offline. We may change, pause or stop features; for a significant change, we will give notice on this website or by email where we reasonably can.
12. Limits on our responsibility
EagLearn is provided as it is, during early access, without promises beyond those in these terms. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for loss of projects you did not save. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian law, including as a consumer, that cannot be limited.
13. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. For a significant change, we tell registered users by email before it takes effect. If you keep using EagLearn after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can stop and ask us to delete your account.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
15. Contact
Questions about these terms: eaglearn.info@gmail.com, or the contact form.
